Become a Skater
This is where the action is. Sorry guys, this one is ladies only.
Steps to become a Star City Roller Girl:
1. Be Awesome 2. Be at least 18 years old 3.Be a girl 4. Start volunteering at our bouts to begin learning the game 5. Be willing and able to attend a rigorous 12 week program that will teach you everything you need to know about how to be a derby player. 6. Pass skills test once we’ve imparted all our wisdom and skills upon you 7. Continue to be Awesome Next Bootcamp: 5 August 2012If you are interested in transferring to us from another team, please shoot us an email and we’ll email you all the specifics on how to join us!
Become a Referee
Calling penalties, tallying points… The striped side of derby. Open to anyone, guy or girl. (no actual zebras allowed)
Volunteer
The backbone of our derby bouts! No skates, but still plenty of great ways to help out, and be a part of the team! Open to anyone. (still no actual zebras allowed)
